I do not think damage is calculated in "hitsies." Can we stop taking Parson's slang as the basis for Erf mechanics? It's clear that he's the outsider of the comic; if it's not in a Klog, and someone else isn't telling him that's how it is (or at least using the same terms independently), it's not likely to be the right word - Commander I. Heh... I did that. In this case, I chose it for humour purposes. Note that HP are called "hits", so it isn't anywhere near unlikely that the Erfworlders call it "hitsies". Parson's not into cutesy language. He's trying to cuss all the time, after all. --Kreistor 07:22, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
The two are hardly mutually exclusive, and based on his expression on that page, I have no reason to believe he's not being 'cute.' I mean, the little crossbow bolt sticking out of the dwagon? It's a very, "aww, you did good, you should be proud," :p , kind of moment. - Commander I. Heartly Noah 17:23 28 June 2009 (UTC)
Nuke it if you want. I'm not particular about it. But we shouldn't let this become too dry. It is a tongue-in-cheek world, after all. We can find ourselves getting too serious. I'm especially susceptible to that, so periodically I make certain I insert some poignantly funny things in every once in a while. --Kreistor 17:33, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
