It is a bright night. The top of the Tower of Efdup, from the observation deck to the peak can be seen in front of the heavy, dark, foreboding clouds, but the moon is full, seen through a break.|||
Parson is seen sitting in front of a grey wall made orange by reflected firelight. He seems comfortable here, and the glow of the walls adds to the hominess of the scene.|||
Sizemore is sitting on a chair while Parson is on the edge of his bed. A fireplace dominates one wall, giving off a friendly orange glow that reflects off of every surface. A picture of a Titan adorns one wall along with a dresser, table, and chest. The pelt of a teddy bear lies on the floor in front of the fireplace.|||
Parson is shown from slightly above, with the background showing the large stone blocks that make up the floor. He looks unsure of himself.|||
Sizemore is shown in a close-up, isomorphic perspective. His expression is crestfallen. An unlit candle on a skull base can be seen on the table behind him.|||
Reflected firelight casts shadows on Parson's face. His demeanor is now more confident. The background is a warm orange.|||
A wide view of the room shows Parson from the front and Sizemore from the rear. The fireplace on the left is shaped like a beast, perhaps a stylized dwagon. On the wall behind Parson is a mounted gwiffon head, in a menacing gaping mouth attack pose. Sizemore's chair has an eye and a few spikes that suggests that it, too, may be created from a defeated creature.|||
Parson Gotti: But keep in mind: assuming all of this is real, I'm from a different universe.
I need to be taught things you think everyone knows: the magic system, the combat system, the physics...
Everything. I asked you about magic because that seems to be your specialty.
But I need help with some of the most basic stuff you can imagine.
Parson stands up, looking a little embarrassed and holding one hand to his gut.|||
Part of the back of Parson's head covers the right of the panel. Sizemore dominates the center-left, holding a vase with a lid. An urn can be seen on the dresser behind and to the left of Sizemore.|||
It is a bright night.
The top of the Tower of Efdup, from the observation deck to the peak can be seen in front of the heavy, dark, foreboding clouds, but the moon is full, seen through a break.
A number of dwagons perch on the tower, or fly through the night sky; one is silhouetted against the moon.
- ^ Sizemore seems to know exactly what Parson meant to say. Then again, it was fairly obvious from the context of the conversation.
