Proposed Canon

Kingdom of Faq was a side in Erfworld. Faq was a home side for Jillian Zamussels.

Faq consisted of a capital (apparently of the same name) and two subordinate cities. It was surrounded with mountains on all sides and accessible only by air and tunnel.[1]

King Banhammer was the last ruler of Faq prior to its fall. Jillian Zamussels was his daughter and a heir to the throne.

Mercenary Work

Although the kingdom had mines and farms it also sent its units to do mercenary work with gwiffon squads to boost the treasury.[2] Apparently Jillian assumed command over them after she popped up and was able to reach a relatively high level as a result of her combat experience.

Reliance on Magic

King Banhammer relied heavily on the use of magic and had multiple Casters, including a Predictamancer[3] and a Foolamancer (Jack Snipe)[4]

When enemy units appeared nearby Foolamancer was able veil one city at a time (as determined by Predictamancer[5] and thus managed to keep the location of Faq hidden for a long time. That, however, has not saved Faq from destruction.

The Predictamancer foretold the eventual fall of the kingdom (which led King Banhammer to order an heir popped that happened to be Jillian).

Fall of Faq

Jillian Zamussels received a "frantic message about about a large overflight of dwagons". The next day she became a barbarian[6]. It is not explicitly stated that Stanley led these dwagons. Stanley's involvement is implied by the fact that he is the only known ruler with dwagons in his service and the fact that at least two former units from Faq are in his service, Wanda Firebaugh and Jack Snipe.
Jillian never returned to Faq since. According to her the cities of Faq were never claimed. Potentially it can be rebuilt by Jillian to restore her side and become an Overlord and a Queen.[7]

Wanda, the Predictamacer

(Wanda Firebaugh), a master-class Croakamancer origins from Faq[8]. It is speculated that Wanda originally served as the predictamancer of Faq. This theory is supported by the fact, that Faq did not participate in any wars and therefore had no use for an croakamancer, or croaked bodies for her magic practice. Wanda is also known to be very adept in other classes of magic[9].
Except for these indirect derivations there is no further support for this theory. Wanda also never practices predictamancy in the strip.

Fall of Faq

Readers are led to believe that Faq has fallen in a quick attack from Stanley the Plaid. Yet this was never definitely conformed in the strip.
Currently a majority of readers believe that Stanley attacked Faq. A popular theory claims that this happened because Wanda betrayed her kingdom in order to get the Arkenpliers. Often the presumtive attack is thought to be the "special mission" during which the revolt of the gobwins in Gobwin Knob happened and King Saline IV was croaked.
Another - unlikely - theory claims that Faq was destroyed by Jetstone. This theory assumes that Wanda once possed the Arkenpliers and Ansom stole them, based on their talk when they met[10]. A third theory states that Faq was never destroyed and King Banhammer just got rid of Jillian.
Yet there is much room for further speculation.

Faq seems to be located in relative vicinity to Kingdom of Transylvito as Transylvito units passed by Faq (although not seeing it) from time to time.[11]
