Dunkin McClown was the fool of the side of Squashcourt. He's described as a small, grinning man and is implied to wear makeup and a costume during his normal duties. His voice is high and nasally.WB2014 Lord Crush - Part 3
A Fool's duty, according to Scripture, is to abuse the Ruler in many ways, and it is the duty of the Ruler to tolerate it.
Dunkin performed his job with great enthusiasm, insulting Scrofula to his face and to anyone who'd listen. However, Dunkin crossed the line from Duty to Dis-Loyalty (in the eyes of Scrofula) when he provided intel to the prisoner Lord Crush. Scrofula leapt upon the chance to disband Dunkin.WB2014 Lord Crush - Part 4
The king's relationship with his fool was contentious and venomous. He tolerated the jester's abuse and suffered him to live because of Scripture. Bizarrely, the king carried out a facade of nonchalance and even played with the jester during banquets. Dunkin's insults and jeers apparently hit very close to home, to the point that when given a chance to disband him he took it with no small pleasure, ordering a feast afterwards.
Dunkin the jester came to be Crush's greatest ally, helping him get the information to make a plan to save Squashcourt and the Union from Bullyclub. At first Crush didn't know how to take Dunkin's open contempt of his ruler or his ridiculing nature, but Crush came to greatly respect Dunkin for his deep sense of Duty despite not being a combat unit.
