Trance fusions are a form of Thinking Alike and a secret ability of the Thinkamancers. This allows the Great Minds that Think Alike to perform significant amounts of planning in a short period of time and cast Eyemancy spells on a massive scale. There are three known possible levels of trance-fusion, designated by the Great Minds as states 5, 6 and 7.

One Thinkamancer acts as the initiator, and the other participating Thinkamancers move their g-strings into the initiator's head. If a trance fusion is disjuncted in a disorderly fashion, the other participating Thinkamancers risk getting their threads ripped, with pieces left inside the initiator's head.Hvs.tCF 288

Examples

Trance-fusions are usually employed only within the Temple of the Thinkamancers for analysis and decision. However, the power of a trance-fusion can be extended across the entire Magic Kingdom.
