Strategy vs Tactics
Strategy: The science and art of employing the political, economic, psychological, and military forces of a nation or group of nations to afford the maximum support to adopted policies in peace or war.
Tactics: The science and art of disposing and maneuvering forces in combat.
Based on these definitions, I'd say Caesar has so far shown a talent for Tactics, but none at all for Strategy.
Is his name based on Cesare Borgia?
- Also, is his appearence based on Kiefer Sutherland's vampire character, David, from The Lost Boys?

"barely" a noble
Why say he's "barely" a noble as opposed to saying that he's a "low-ranking noble?" If anything, in a world where nobility is a very distinct trait and not just a matter of convention and custom, then one could say that a noble is a noble, inherently so and without qualification. -- DevilDan
- It was a poor choice of words, and the reason for the change was that I've seen some confusion elsewhere on the wiki over military ranks and noble titles, where they've been sort of heaped together, and I wanted to get away from the term "rank" if possible. On second look, it's fine how it is. - CIHN
Plot and relationships
It seems that alot of the information added for his "relationships" belongs in a plot section. For now I'm not adding it to his relationships templates for Jillian and Don King, which are ment to work equall well for either character.--Paper Golem 01:58, 30 October 2009 (UTC)
Caesar's name (real life references)
Caesar might mean as in "Julius Caesar"; he is a Chief Warlord, after all.
Also, the "Borgata" part of his name more than likely had nothing to do with a casino at all. Borgata is an Italian word; it means "crime family" (that's not the literal translation, but if you ask anyone who lives in Southern Italy, they can tell you), and the word Borgata is linked with the mafia, as it's what the families of the New York Mafia called themselves, was "Borgata".
Just my two cents, for whoever is watching this page (if anybody is). 184.108.40.206 20:46, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
