From far above, we see three robed figures -- purple, gray, and orange -- of the Eyemancers. A fourth figure, Stanley, is in his red robe. The purple figure is facing Stanley, while the gray figure bends over the fallen orange one. | [edit] |
Purple Eyemancer: So out went the candle, and we were left darkling.[1] Stanley the Tool: Do you know who I am? Purple Eyemancer: Nuncle? Stanley the Tool: ...Do you know who you are? Purple Eyemancer: I am a fool. Thou art nothing.[2] Stanley the Tool: C'mon. | [edit] |
Stanley and the Purple Eyemancer stand in front of an arching doorway shaped like a gaping mouth that leads outside. | [edit] |
Purple Eyemancer: How now, nuncle?[3] Stanley the Tool: You better not be faking this, son. Purple Eyemancer: May not an ass know when the cart draws the horse?[4] Stanley the Tool: Rrrr... | [edit] |
Against a gray background, Stanley speaks up towards a hobgobwin that stands head and shoulders over the diminutive Overlord. Stanley tugs on the purple robe of the Eyemancer. | [edit] |
Stanley the Tool: This post is no longer needed. Get the Knights together. Full paint. Assemble at dawn. Hobgobwin: Yes, Tool. | [edit] |
Stanley drags the Purple Eyemancer behind him. The Eyemancer is looking off into the distance, not paying attention. He has raven black hair, a gray pallor, and pink eyes. He is looking quite insane. | [edit] |
Purple Eyemancer: This cold night will turn us all to fools and madmen. [5] Stanley the Tool: Snap out of it, you joker![6] | [edit] |
Parson lies rolled up in his Battle Bear blanket. On the left, Bogroll speaks to someone, apparently Sizemore. | [edit] |
Bogroll: Sir, My Lord Parson gave me an order. I'm to wake him at dawn. Sizemore Rockwell: Bogroll... Stanley's orders supercede Parson's, do they not? | [edit] |
Bogroll's monocular face stares in confusion. | [edit] |
Bogroll: *stare* | [edit] |
Bogroll towers over Sizemore, as the Dirtamancer tries to make him understand ths situation. | [edit] |
Sizemore Rockwell: Stanley's orders are more important than Parson's Aren't they? Bogroll: Yes, sir. | [edit] |
The solid gray wall behind Sizemore and Bogroll has a beastial archway exit. In the foreground, Parson is wrapped in his Battle Bear pelt. Parson has one eye slightly open, showing that he is awake and listening. | [edit] |
Sizemore Rockwell: And you heard him say he was going to disobey Lord Stanley, right? Or try? So don't wake him. | [edit] |
Bogroll looks determined and even a bit angry. Sizemore holds his hands up and moves in front of the twoll. | [edit] |
Bogroll: I must! Sizemore Rockwell: Wait! | [edit] |
With a face of conviction, Sizemore stands up to the much taller and larger Bogroll. Bogroll is a little frustrated, unable to make sense of all the priorities of the situation. | [edit] |
Sizemore Rockwell: Look. Let him sleep. | [edit] |
Bogroll scratches at his ear with a finger as he attempts to make sense of Sizemore's argument. Thinking is, for Bogroll, a strain on minimal resources. | [edit] |
Bogroll: Sir, I... Parson Gotti: Really not fair to do to him, Sizemore. | [edit] |
Parson sits up on his bed, looking rumpled and displeased. | [edit] |
Parson Gotti: 'm surprised at you. | [edit] |
