Panel 1

The rear of Wanda's head is seen as she enters the planning room where Stanley and Parson can be seen continuing their conversation from the previous strip. They are in the room with the Eyemancer Table -- a gray, drab room with few adornments. Parson is on the right, and Stanley on the left, and both have turned to address Wanda.[edit]

Stanley the Tool: There you are.

Did you know that your "perfect warlord" doesn't know the first thing about unit points?

Parson Gotti: Did you know your Overlord let the enemy get those magic items out in the field?

Panel 2

Stanley has climbed onto the table in order to face Parson eye-to-eye.[edit]

Stanley the Tool: You don't even know why that matters!

Parson Gotti: No but you were embarrassed about it.

It seemed like a good comeback.

Panel 3

Wanda has reached the table and is front and center in the panel, flanked by Stanley's profile on the right, and the rear of Parson's head on the left.[edit]

Wanda Firebaugh: It matters because the barbarian was scouting.

One of her items is for communication.

Ansom now knows we caught her.

Parson Gotti: Oh.

Panel 4

Wanda stands next to the table near Stanley, who is standing on the table to bring himself up to her height.[edit]

Stanley the Tool: It doesn't really matter.

Wanda Firebaugh: Did he mass his fliers?

Stanley the Tool: This isn't about that.

This is about what Hamster doesn't know.

Panel 5

A close up of Wanda with a grey background. She turns to address Parson, who is off panel. Stanley's arm can be seen in the lower right corner.[edit]

Wanda Firebaugh: What don't you know?

Stanley the Tool: Anything.

Panel 6

An upper body shot of Parson as he replies. He is facing the camera, with a grey background and strong lighting effects from the rear.[edit]

Parson Gotti: I don't know even the basic combat mechanics of Erfworld.

Stanley the Tool: See!

Panel 7

A close up shot of Parson's face as he continues his response. The background and lighting is the same as before.[edit]

Parson Gotti: I do know strategy and tactics, but this is a new system for me.

I just need some time to learn it.

Panel 8

Stanley is seen from behind, standing on the table and pointing at Parson. Parson is at center frame facing Stanley, looking angrier, possibly yelling. The edge of Wanda's head can be seen from the rear on the right as she watches them.[edit]

Stanley the Tool: We don't have time for you to come up through the ranks! We need you in command now!

Parson Gotti: I'm what you've got, Tool. You're gonna have to-

Wanda Firebaugh: What about psychology?

Panel 9

Parson is shown in profile, looking off to the corner, with his hands clasped while index fingers point out: it appears to be a gesture he might make while thinking.[edit]

Parson Gotti: What about it? Oh, right.

Playing the opponent, not the game.

Yeah, but I'd have to know him.

I'd have to understand his plans and weaknesses.

Panel 10

Wanda stands beside the table, waving an arm toward Parson. Stanley is still standing on the table, arms raised in a celebratory stance.[edit]

Parson Gotti: But I don't know this Ansom guy from--

Wanda Firebaugh: I know his entire battle plan.

Stanley the Tool: Yes!

Panel 11

A close up of Stanley celebrating. He has a broad grin, closed eyes, and raised arms.[edit]
Stanley the Tool: Wanda, you're my favorite! [edit]

Panel 12

A tableau scene of Ansom on his flying carpet in front of a large group of Coalition flyers, including a unipegataur and several gwiffons, orlies, and doombats.[edit]

Wanda Firebaugh: As for his weaknesses, he is in love with the prisoner.

And I control her mind.

Do you think you can work with that?
