Notes

This page contains some of the heaviest signamancy seen in the series.

The first half, where a group of men with swords use a phallic battering ram to break down sealed double doors, in order to seize the innocent dove sitting on a pillow within, is unarguably a Freudian rape metaphor.

Then she is rescued by her mother figure in the guise of a succubus, who is aided by an angelic matron.

All of this symbolism is relevant to the Lilith of mythology.
